I somehow ingested some gluten on Saturday night. It was after my husband made me a small sandwich before going out. The sandwich was made with GF corn cakes, a hard cooked egg and Hellmans mayo, not used by anyone eating gluten. That was it. About 45 minutes later I started to have some gurgling, and belching.
