When I heard of the community I thought it would be wonderful to expand to
a new community, meet like minded people and share thoughts and services
with fellow members.

My name is Marcy and I'd just like to say hi to everyone and thank everyone

Are you or someone in your family diagnosed with Celiac Disease? I noticed on your other post you mentioned making your own cakes with whole wheat flour. For us Celiacs that is poison and a big no-no . Shocked

Did you know that 1 in 133 people are estimated to have Celiac's Disease, which is hereditary, but haven't been diagnosed properly with it?

If you don't have CD or have someone you know that does maybe hanging out here will help you be more informed for yourself or family members or friends. It is great to have others get the word out!
