This one is such a hit back home with my immediate family and I love it too. My DH likes it enough to have with rice.
Stir Fry Cabbage
Cut the cabbage in about 1/4 and then lay that slice down to thinly slice.
Repeat until you have all you want.
In the frying pan put about 2 Tbs of oil. Stir fry. When the cabbage starts to looking a different green add your soy sauce and about 1 Tbs of sugar. Continue until the cabbage is done.
Repeat for the rest of the cabbage if you need to cook more.
