Wow, I didn't think about having to cook the tomatoes first! I guess I don't use it that much so didn't think about it. If I wanted to make it, I would probably use my organic GF ketchup and add some relish and horseradish sauce to it. Not sure what it would be used on though, only familiar with people putting it on shrimp and clams.
Which reminds me, of a friend that grew up Conservative and in his house they could eat 'Kosher' shrimp, they were taught it was 'kosher' if it had cocktail sauce on it.
