This is the place to ask questions, or leave your comments on the site. Tell us what you like, what you don't, what other forums you would like to see, etc.

You name it, we are here to help you and make your life easier as a Kosher Celiac.

Shalom,

Sorry I've been so inactive lately. We had our laptop in the shop and I found that typing on our conventional (older) keyboard and computer was really hard for me to do, and I couldn't always access all of my forums, so I was gone while it was in the shop.

I'd definitely love to see more recipes posted, as it is hard to come by GF and Kosher recipes, and we often have to make them ourselves. I have a few of my own to contribute and comment on , and a few I haven't yet tried... so I'll be on again and off again doing just that Very Happy

I'd love to have more blogs and links with recipes that we can check out and 'tweak' to make failsafe OK for us as kosher and organic, I've found a whole heap, but with not all the recipes being kosher I'd been hesitant and I also forgot to ask in the time I was on here while the laptop was in shop.

Updates for things specifically that we eat during holy days might be a good thing too - so we know what we can now tweak and have 'just like before' or encorporate new things into our diet that other folks eat during the holiday.

Just a few things off the top 'o my head. Smile

I will try to post recipes as I try them out or transpose my old glutened ones. I guess we have to go through a period where we are without those things to give a 'time distance' recovery period and also so when we try the new GF version we will be more accepting. Look soon for some of these I have been working on.

Also I have started a thread for each of our major holy days in the recipe section which has it's own forum. Please start adding what recipes you have in their proper topic.

I've added a forum just for links, its located at the very bottom of the list of forums on the home page. Post your links there, try to catagorize them for easier searching.

If you have any more suggestions, please post them! Smile

PS, there is a poll going on about the new forum I made called the frugal Celiac. Please go vote and tell what you think of it!

Smile
