I think I've posted about this brand before but hadn't come across them in the market to try. This week I found them and one that is Kosher.

Orgainc Risotto, Florentine -- spinach and Mushrrom

Very tasty, GF, Kosher, Organic, Vegan

I sauted it first in some passover oil that is garlic and basil flavored and it really was good, had it with some organic kosher sausage. Not as creamy as I am used to but it could be my fault for not simmering it right or stirring too much. Next time I will try adding the water gradually like risotto is traditionally made, their ingredients call for it all at once.

It suggest adding some parmesan at the end, I would think that some toasted pignoli nuts would really be good.

Over all tasty, would buy again, just keep in mind not all flavors are Kosher.
