I did find this in another market with the GF items and took a look at the ingredients. Their other varieties were using cheese so that is probably why they didn't go for certification for only one sauce, too expensive.
Brand name - Mayacamas
Low fat option
Hollandaise Sauce Mix, All Natural
Mix in saucepan 1 1/4 cups milk and sauce mix, stir and bring to boil, over med high heat. Reduce, simmer and add 4 tbsp butter, for low fat use low fat milk and no butter, for making for the chicken you can use non dairy margarine and rice milk.
All Natural Ingredients:
Potato starch
whey
natural lemon flavor
salt
dried egg yolk
organic sugar
paprika
citric acid
spices
guar gum
Now before you say, "Hey, some of those ingredients may contain gluten"
this is also on the package

So although not certified kosher it may fit somes level of keeping kosher.
Recipe on back for Lemon chicken sounds real good
Prepare 3-4 cups of rice
Make Hollandaise sauce as above
Pour over rice and cooked chicken breasts ( about 40
season and eat!

I think I'd add some broccoli to that and it would make a great Shabbat meal for two with leftovers for the afternoon meal. Think I'll try that this Shabbat, I'll let you know how it turns out!
