Kosher sushi

Yeah, I know... but it can be done!

And I've been looking around at other recipes to know how to roll them differently and, how to make other types of rolls. I dunno if it is because I was born in Hawaii, or because I watch so much Japanese TV, but I have been wanting to make Onigiri, Nigiri and Nori Maki... Since I found out my cousin in law makes it, I think I'll pick her brains some when she comes to visit and get some made and let you know how it goes
