Yeah, I know... but it can be done! Smile

I found a place online that tells you what to look for and look out to avoid.

And I've been looking around at other recipes to know how to roll them differently and, how to make other types of rolls. I dunno if it is because I was born in Hawaii, or because I watch so much Japanese TV, but I have been wanting to make Onigiri, Nigiri and Nori Maki... Since I found out my cousin in law makes it, I think I'll pick her brains some when she comes to visit and get some made and let you know how it goes Cool
