Amy's Indian and Asian Dishes - Review Empty

I have looked long and hard for something at my local stores from Amy's that is GF besides the mac and cheese ( which is very good, ) and her two GF pizzas. I finally found these , believe it or not, at Wal-mart supercenter. I got the Asian NOodle stir fry and some of the Indian dishes and the Mexican ones.

So far I have tried the Asian Noodle. I was pleasantly surprised, it was not dried out, the sauce was very tasty, not too spicy, very flavorful. The broccoli was fresh, green, small and not hard, bright green and crispy. There were mushrooms and red peppers and very delicios noodles. I did not find any soybeans in mine but were supposed to, there were a few pieces of tofu, wasn't really needed, and carrots was on the ingredients list but I didn't see any of those either, but what was there was very good and filling. I will certianly buy this again, and highly recommend it for a taste of asian food you may be missing.

Remember Kosher, parve, vegan, no GMO, organic!

When I try the others, I will add to this thread, my hopes are the rest are just as good.
