I found this on my box of Cream of Buckwheat

2 1/2 c milk
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup seedless raisins
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 molasses
1/2 cup cream of buckwheat

Medium saucepan combine and heat milk, spices, sugar, raisins, salt and molasses. Stir untile it comes to a boil. Slowy add the Cream of Buckwheat, striring while adding. Cook on med-low heat about 8 minutes, stirring often. cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Stir to blend, makes 4 servings. Eat hot or cold, with cream on top.
