This thread will be for sources of prepackaged snacks. They must be Kosher and GF, and if Organic please indicate that as well. Also if possible give a link to the products home site or a place they can be purchased online.

I am enjoying one of my favorite snacks, pretzels and cream cheese. I am somewhat of a 'dairy queen', I love dairy and Baruch haShem! I am not lactose intolerent! cheers I used to eat this all the time then when I found out what was ailing my tummy all these years, I went GF of course and had to find substitutes. I keep kosher also and try organics when I can find them, so this forum is perfect for me. ( I didn't see an introduction place so I hope it's OK to post this here).

So my offering for snacks is (to go with or without cream cheese or any other kind of cheese) Glutino pretzels sticks. They tast almost like the regular kind, they are cruncy, grab hold of the cream cheese well, have enough pretzel salt on them, but not too much, and a good flavor and the proper browned outer covering. I haven't tried it yet, but I am still looking for a GF Kosher chocolate, but these would be great dipped in chocolate! These are the small stick size, about two inches long.

They are Glutino made in Israel, and have potato and corn starch, palm oil, soy flour, sugar sea salt, carboxymethylcellulose, sodium Bicarb , sodium pyrophosphate, sopy lecithin, yeast extract, ( so I have to eat them before Passover) and sodium hydroxide. They are imported into Canada and then shipped to US, I got them at my local store in the GF section.

Oh, they are OU certified.

I guess that's all I can say about them, I just have to be careful not to eat too many! Smile

Another snack I eat with or without cheese ( mostly with Smile ) is Edward and Sons Baked brown rice snaps . they come in various flavors, but the Cheddar is my favorite. Smile They are low sodium and low fat, and OU certified, dairy, contains milk uses vegetarian cheese.

Here is a snack I enjoy, not all the time, but it was one of my favorites when I started going GF.
Blue Diamond Natural Nut thins.

The ones that are GF are the Hazelnut, almond and Pecan. OU certified, ) trans fat, they also sponcer CDF. They are good with cheese spreads, or even salmon.

BION! When I went to the store the other day, I was looking through the soups when my DH handed me this little box and said, "Here, these are Gluten free". ( It's like a treasure hunt with him now Smile ) I immediately recognized the name and choose the Herb variety, the others didn't appeal to me too much.

So I tried them, they are extremly thin and crispy. The are mainly made up of the seeds, sesame, flax, and brown rice, also Quinoa. They have a wonderful nutty taste and crunch, but I found quite a few times I had to spit out what looks like it might have been the fried quinoa, it was as hard as a piece of grit, of sand. I couldn't bite it or even break through it in my hand. I would say beware , especially if you have problems already with your teeth from celiac.

Even though these were the herb flavor I really didn't get much of that taste, and garlic was listed first, so they aren't powerfully herby. Would be good with cream cheese, or goat cheese, or a chicken spread made with margarine.
