2 chicken breasts cut into small slices (chicken nugget sized and smaller)
Canola Oil (2/3 cup)
Olive Oil (1/3 cup or so)
pepper
Krautersalz (Herbed salt, your choice)
salt
drop of GF soy sauce
paprika
krauter de provence
mix and marinade a few hours or over night.
Cooked in racklett pans with some salsa on it (not a lot). I'm sure this could also be cooked in a cast iron pan as well.
