| I wrote about this in the kosher section but realized that since this is organic pasta I should put it here since those looking for organic won't be looking in there! I tried this pasta, pastariso Elbows for Shabbat and made Mac and Cheese with it. I came out really good and I wanted to let you know. It is kosher and organic, and no GMO's and brown rice, using recycled boxes and no cross contamination in plant, it is GF. They have a lot of these pasta, and the company is Maplegrove Gluten free foods, INC. they hae many pastas, Spaghetti, Fusilli, Lasagna, Penne, Shells, Angel Hair, Vernmicelli, Fettucine, Potato Spaghetti, and mixes with cheese. I'll see if I can find a website to look at. | |

| It was hard to find but here it is http://www.maplegrovefoods.com/products.htmlThey make more than I thought! - Quote :
- Maplegrove
has in its stables the only (and award winning) Fortified pasta, Potato pasta, Mac & Cheese, Rice pasta and Organic pasta under its brands Pastariso™ (including cheese dinners), Pastariso All Natural™, Pastato™ (including cheese dinners), and CelifbR™ bouillon soup cubes and bases. It seems not all their products are organic, but look at the second product down and that is the pasta I had http://www.maplegrovefoods.com/Prod_info_Pastariso.htmlThey have kosher Mac and cheese boxes too! | |

| I've had their packaged mac and cheese and don't remember being all that impressed, but I'll have to look for my review on them. I know I haven't bothered to restock them in my pantry so that's usually an indication. Maybe it was the cheese sauce, I am pretty particular with that. | |
