| I haven't checked these out completely, but these are very interesting. I'll have to wait to read them in depth until later, as I Am currently collecting all my GF recipes and putting them in text documents and sorting in folders so I can eventually make my own cookbook and add as I find new recipes. (fun, eh?) In the meantime, American Family Physician wrote a nice in depth analysis of Celiac Disease and common misdiagnoses that I thought will come in handy for us, and our individual celiac support groups. You never know when you'll meet another celiac in need of help and 'fuel' to get their doc moving on their case. http://www.aafp.org/afp/20071215/1795.htmlOn another messageboard I was given a link to Dogtorj.com - which has some interesting write ups on CD, and even it's occurance in animals, which is often overlooked! He has a lot of things on his site that pertain to pet owners' health and the health of their pets.. so much that I think I'll end up spending days on this site poking around... and knowing most of us, we all have a pet, right? http://www.dogtorj.net/index.html | |
