World's Best Selling Tortilla - Mission

I found a whole display in the bread aisle last night. All kinds of flavors, but only one kind made of corn, all the rest were flour.

I purchased a bag of 36 at 2 lb 1 oz Pure white corn Tortillas

Haven't tried them yet, but look forward to the recipes they have at missionfoods.com

gluten free and

Kosher is on the bag, the Chicago Rabbi...

Found these too at the store. Seen them before but since they weren't in the GF aisle I didn't look real close. But upon closer examination they are

All Natural
Reduced Fat

My local store which carries the most in GF products is doing a complete rearrage , which is great because they are putting the GF products all in one area now, which makes my shopping easier.

Rice Cakes, remember them from about 10 years ago? bland, nasty tasting, diet food for cardboard boxes? They haven't gotten much better, but now they are a staple in Celiacs bread box.

Hey folks, I thought I had reviewed this before, I know I've had it but I see I only posted about Pamelas chocolate cake mix. So I got another Brownie mix and made it for Shabbat this past week.

Gone are the days when we could use a mix for quick gravy to pour on our mashed potatoes, or so I thought.

Shopping the tiny, 5' section of GF products in my local grocery store I came upon this, and was so thrilled because it met all three of our criteria!
