Found this cereal on the shelf yesterday.

Erewhon (Air- wahn) made by US mills - Rice Twice
http://www.usmillsllc.com/contentmgr/showdetails.php/id/87

Look for the GLUTEN FREE Rice Twice, make sure it says GF on it as they make others.

Lightly crisps and puffs of brown rice. fat free - low sodium

Made with Organic brown rice, organic brown rice syrup, and honey and sea salt, that's all

I tried it today, after having two bad days from getting into MSG, and it wasn't bad at all. It's crunchy but light, I guess that comes from the combo of the puffs and the crisps. The crisps are similar to Rice Krispies ( organic kind) but heartier because these are brown rice, the puffs aren't near as bad as any puffed cereal I've ever had.

So I will be buying these again, especially since they are all organic. I am surprised, I haven't had anything but them today and have been out to the farm stand and library and still feeling pretty good. Most cereals barely last two hours with me, then my sugar falls so I have to be careful, this is going on four hours and just going to have a snack.

So check them out in your local store or try Amazon or other places that supply GF cerels.

Smile

WK - certified

I got a three pak at the store, where it sells for $3.79 a box, I got the three pak of the GF one, the Panda Puffs, (corn PB) Gorilla Munch ( corn) and Koala Crisp ( chocolate rice crisps, for $5.99!

I am not sure if I'll like the other two ( I have Koala and like it) but this is sure an inexpensive way to try it! I saved, $5.38! almost as much as I paid, so it was about half price! It's regularly $7.99 but still that is a savings of $3.38, but I got an even better deal. If I like these I shall see if it's still on sale.,

Take a look at the cereal here http://www.goodnessdirect.co.uk/cgi-local/frameset/detail/603390.html
