Chef BAM, Emeril Lagasse, Kosher and Gluten free foods

I had a bottle of Emerils southwest Essence seasoning in my spice drawer ( yes I have a whole large drawer of spices and herbs and that even doesn't contain them all;) ) . I was going to throw it out, hearing that mixtures are usually contaminated by Gluten in some form but decided to hold onto it and check it out. So I did. And it's Good! Along with all these.
