Kosher for Passover Desserts

I'm sure they've been around longer than just now but I just discovered them because my store had them., What, she talking about?

Some wonderful non gebrokts desserts!

Now they are quite pricey, from $8-12 a piece but they are only here once a year and some have expiration dates that go into 2009, like they would last that long!

The Bakery is called Cinderella Sweets and these are 'Shabtai Gourmet '

I couldn't resist trying at least four of their offerings.

Ring Tings
Swiss Chocolate Roll
Apricot Roll

The ones I got are Gluten free , lactose free, cassein free, soy free and dairy free. But they still have taste!

They are certified by OK.
