Honey 2 teas
vinegar ( Apple cider) 1/2 teas
butter 1/3 cup
Potato flakes 2 teas
Orange juice or water 1 cup

Baking soda only necessary when using OJ

Grease and flour pan

Hand mixeer no for OJ

Combine dry ingredients in bowl

In another bowl combine eggs, honey, vinegar, butter

Disolve potato flakes in OJ or water and add most of it , add rest as needed when mixing.

In Bread machine mix on manual, let rise 35 minutes for rapid yeast or 60 for regular

Bake 400 preheated over 50-60 minutes, cover after 10 minutes.

One ingredient I can't understand but it is 3 tblsp of it It looks like AlmM what ever that is. I can never understand my writing! Frusteration time

Almond Meal maybe? (All it is, is ground up almonds until it is a fine meal. If you have a quality food processor you can make it yourself)
